The NEC promotes residential energy improvements by providing financing to homeowners. Three loan products are currently available:

Fix Up Fund,

Suburban Ramsey County Energy Conservation Deferred Loan,

and the new Minnesota Energy Loan.

Rental properties can also receive financing through the NEC with financing for rental property owners.
